Terms and conditions 

 

Bookings 

1.1 Plas Weunydd manages bookings for individuals aged 18 and above. We reserve the right to decline bookings without providing reasons.

1.2 Upon submission of your bookings though our online reservation system, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Please carefully review the email for any errors. The automated email is not a contract between you and Plas Weunydd. Any issues must be reported via email or telephone within 7 days of receiving the confirmation or before the start of your stay if it commences within 7 days. 

Payments 

2.1 Flexi Booking - Pay nothing until 48 hours before your stay. Payment will be taken automatically 48 hours prior to arrival from your saved payment method. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a charge of the total reservation amount from the saved payment method. 

2.2 Advanced Discount - Pay in full with 10% discount. Non-refundable if cancelled within 21 days of arrival 

2.3 Bookings made online can be paid via Visa or Mastercard. Payment can also be made over the phone by calling reception. 

Cancellations by Plas Weunydd 

3.1 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your stay up to 14 days before your stay.  In event where your booking has been cancelled, you will be issued with a full refund or the offer of alternative accommodation up to the same value of your stay.  

3.2 We also reserve the right to cancel your booking immediately due to unacceptable behavior. These include inappropriate or abusive behavior involving other guests or team members, noise complaints, damage to property or acts of violence. 

3.3 We are not liable for circumstances constituting ‘force majeure’, including events beyond our control like natural disasters, epidemics or acts of terrorism. Guests are strongly advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance in advance.  

3.4 We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that do not provide us with valid card details to process payments prior to arrival

Damage deposits 

4.1 Guests must keep the property and its content(s), including all furniture, electronic equipment, fixtures, fittings, and effects (hereinafter the “Property”), in, on, or at the Property in the same state of repair as at the start of the stay, and shall leave the Property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found when they arrived. In the situation where any breakages, damage(s), or loss(es) occur in the Property, Guests should report it to Plas Weunydd Hotel. Plas Weunydd Hotel reserve the right to claim for any damages, breakages or losses from the guest within 14 days of departure. 

Dogs 

5.1 We allow a maximum of two dogs to stay at Plas Weunydd for a fee of £20.00. Some rooms are smaller than others therefore if you have a large breed, please contact reception to discuss requirements 

5.2 Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times 

5.3 Dogs must have their own dog beds and must not be allowed on beds or any soft furnishing throughout the hotel 

5.4 Dogs must not be left unattended in the rooms 

5.5 If a dog does cause a nuisance or you arrive without pre-booking a dog we reserve the right to ask that you take your dog to a local kennel. 

Complaints 

6.1 Guests must report any issues immediately in order for the team to address the issue in a timely manner.  

Liability 

7.1 The property owner is not responsible for guests’ personal possessions. Plas Weunydd is not responsible for death or injury unless it results from negligence. 

Smoking 

8.1 Smoking and Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property. Failure to comply may result in a £400 fee for deep cleaning. Smoking and Vaping outside is allowed, with proper disposal of cigarette ends.
